Are your pieces vintage?
Many of our pieces are genuine vintage finds, while others are carefully selected to reflect the timeless Miami Mirrors aesthetic. Each product description will state whether an item is vintage or newly crafted.
Can I commission a custom mirror?
Absolutely. If you have a specific vision or an existing mirror you'd like transformed, we'd love to hear from you. Simply complete our commission enquiry form with as much detail as possible.
Can I send you my own mirror?
Yes. We can work with customer-supplied mirrors for selected commissions. Please contact us before sending anything so we can discuss your project.
Is every piece unique?
Many of our vintage items are one of a kind, meaning once they're sold, they're unlikely to be available again.
How should I care for my mirror?
We recommend dusting with a soft microfibre cloth and avoiding harsh cleaning products. Detailed care instructions are included with your order where appropriate.
How long will my order take to arrive?

How long do commissions take?
Every commission is different. Once we've discussed your project, we'll provide an estimated completion timeframe.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns in line with our returns policy. Please note that bespoke or personalised commissions are generally non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
