Delivery Policy
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Times
Orders are usually dispatched within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page. Commission pieces may require longer, and an estimated completion date will be provided before work begins.
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation where applicable. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of both the item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

Returns & Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must then be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

After the 14-day return period has expired, refunds will generally no longer be available for change-of-mind purchases. At our discretion, we may instead offer a store credit or exchange.
Commissioned and Bespoke Items
Custom commissions and bespoke items made to your specification cannot be cancelled once work has begun and are not eligible for returns or refunds simply because you change your mind.
A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins. Any deposit paid will be deducted from the final balance.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If a commissioned item is faulty, damaged or not as described, your legal rights remain unaffected.

Products
Many of our products are vintage or individually sourced. As a result, signs of age, character and natural imperfections may be present and form part of the item's unique appeal. We aim to describe and photograph every item as accurately as possible, although colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order and issue a full refund where necessary.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£). Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already placed.
Commissions
Commission enquiries are subject to acceptance.

Intellectual Property
All photographs, branding, logos, artwork and website content remain the property of Miami Mirrors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
